Furthermore, we disclaim all liability for any malfunctioning, impossibility of access, or poor use conditions of the services due to inappropriate equipment, disturbances related to internet service providers, to the saturation of the internet network, and for any other reason.

Payment

Currently, we accept the following payment methods:

In case of:

  • credit/debit card payment, everything is handled by an inbuilt Stripe paying application. We do not see any of your personal information during checkout. All information is handled securely by Stripe.

  • Check out your order with PayPal, and be aware of the right shipping address.

 

In neither of these cases, we meet with any of your private payment information. All payment information is handled securely by providers. See details in the privacy policy.
 

Digital products shipping policy

After your payment is confirmed/arrived, we directly share the digital content with you.

When you have completed the order, the order confirmation will be the download site for digital content.

In case of technical issues or lost files, you can contact us to ask for an e-mail with purchased content.

The product since it's digital and when you buy it you'll have it forever. All sales are final.

Digital products refund policy

If you have any questions about whether a product is right for you, feel free to email us at kaugraphy@gmail.com before making your purchase.

Since kaugraphy.com offers non-tangible irrevocable goods we DO NOT issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

 

Unfortunately, due to the immediate access to digital products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE.

 

Because the products we offer are digital and cannot be returned, your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:

 

  • You purchased two of the same product accidentally
    We'll gladly refund you for the duplicate purchase(s). Just drop us a note here!

  • There is a technical problem with the product
    First, please reach out with specific information about the technical issue. If you encounter a consistently reproducible error with the product files that cannot be resolved, please let us know. Note: Products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a refund when sufficient information is provided regarding how the error was created. 

 

We’re unable to process refunds in the following situations:

  • You no longer need the purchased product.

  • You found another product you like better, or you’ve changed your mind about your purchase.

  • You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the product.

  • You don’t have the correct software (described in the listing) to open and edit the product. Software requirements may be listed one of several ways, including "Compatible with" information below the product screenshot, file type, or product description. 

  • You bought an item on accident, and our system shows that the product was downloaded.

  • You feel that the item is of low quality.

  • You are having trouble downloading the product because your internet is not fast enough, is not stable, cannot handle a large download, or similar issues related to your internet service.

  • You claim the item is experiencing a technical issue, but are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue. 

  • Your product purchase was made over 14 days ago.

Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
